We are representing former participants in the Garnet Health Medical Center 403(b) Retirement Plan in the putative class action, JustinGeorge v. Garnet Health Medical Center (S.D.N.Y. August 26, 2024). We allege that Plaintiffs have been harmed by imprudent and disloyal management of the Plan. In particular, we allege that participants have been harmed by excessive administrative costs, a substandard fixed account, and the use of asset allocation models designed to steer employees towards investment options affiliated with the Plan’s recordkeeper. As a result, participants’ retirement savings have not grown as they should have. We are seeking to recover these losses on behalf of Plan participants.
