We are representing participants in a putative class action in Keating, et al. v. Guardian Fleet Services, Inc., et al. (S.D. Fla. Oct. 12, 2026). Our clients are participants in the Guardian Fleet Services, Inc. ESOP. We allege that when Guardian was sold in 2023 and the ESOP was terminated, the ESOP’s fiduciaries violated their duties under ERISA by giving up ESOP shares for far less than fair market value. As a result, participants received less in retirement benefits than they should have. We are seeking to recover these losses on behalf of ESOP participants.
