Jennifer Lee

Jenny works on ERISA class actions representing workers whose retirement savings have been squandered due to self-dealing and fraud. Prior to co-founding Engstrom Lee, she worked at a prominent plaintiffs' class action firm where she served as class counsel in class actions against McKinsey & Co., Allianz Asset Management, American Century, BB&T, among other Fortune 500 companies and financial institutions. Throughout her career she has recovered tens of millions of dollars on behalf of her clients. Jenny is also frequently invited to speak at industry and bar events on ERISA litigation.

Before moving to Minnesota, Jenny worked at the ACLU's National Office, serving as counsel on constitutional cases across the country before federal district courts, courts of appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. She began her legal career at the international law firm Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. She is currently on the board of directors of the ACLU of Minnesota.
