We are representing participants in a putative class action in Colon v. Moore & Van Allen (W.D.N.C.). Our clients are former participants in the Advanced Diagnostic Group (ADG) ESOP retirement benefit plan. We allege that the the ESOP’s trustee’s counsel committed legal malpractice in failing to disclose his personal, professional, and financial conflicts of interests and providing imprudent and disloyal legal advice to the detriment of the ESOP. As a result, employees received a fraction of the retirement benefits that they should have through the ADG ESOP. We are seeking to recover the lost value of participants’ benefits.
