RPC, Inc. Retirement Savings Plan
On December 11, 2025, we filed a lawsuit on behalf of a class of current and former participants in the RPC, Inc. Retirement Savings Plan in the putative class action, Mills v. RPC, Inc. (M.D. Fla. Dec. 11, 2025). We allege that the Plan’s fiduciaries violated federal employee benefits law by imprudently investing the Plan's assets in high-fee investment options. As a result, participants’ retirement savings have not grown as they should have. We are suing to recover the lost earnings on behalf of Plan participants.
